If for any reason Clients are not satisfied with an order, the items can be returned for free for refund within 14 days of the order’s delivery date.
Returns have a fee of € 8.90 which will be applied as a contribution to the return costs.
Free Size Exchange
You have the option of requesting a size exchange at no additional cost. If you would like to make a size exchange, you can select this option during the process of opening the return request, which you can do directly online by logging into your personal profile or via the "Search Your Order" page. Once you have completed the request, follow the instructions to return the item in the wrong size. The new size will be shipped to you free as soon as the return is received and verified in our warehouses. This service allows you to get the correct size at no extra cost, quickly and easily.

Return Instructions
1. To request a return sign in to your account or retrieve you order through the page Search your order. Once completed, Pomandère will send a confirmation email, with the Return Authorization Number (RAN), and instructions for the return shipment.
2. Returns must be shipped within 14 days of the order’s delivery date.
3. Refunds will be processed as soon as returned items have been checked and accepted by Pomandère. Any return costs will be deducted from the refund.
Return conditions
The attached tag must still be intact and attached to returned items. Items must not have been worn, washed or altered in any way, and must not show any signs of use. Soles of footwear must be in perfect condition and must not be marked in any way. Items must be returned with all original tags, packaging and other accessories (dustbags, hangers, garment covers etc.) received with the order. Shoes and other accessories must be returned with their original boxes, which must not be damaged and/or altered or used as the external parcel for the shipment. Returns must be packaged in the same box used for initial shipment. Living collection items must be sealed. Pickups for all authorized returns with Pomandère’s courier account numbers must originate from the same country of the original shipment.
